Our collection of rock for kids wouldn’t be complete without this record from 2006 published by Go-Kart Records. In Brats on the beat: Ramones for kids the Ramones classics have been “kidified” by the Gabba Gabba Hey Singers. Each song features kids singing all the choruses and background parts.
The rest of musicians come from famous punk rock bands like ADOLESCENTS, ALKALINE TRIO, THE DONNAS, THE DWARVES, PENNYWISE or BOUNCING SOULS.
The covers aren’t very different from the originals (it’s hard to be funner than the Ramones!).
