Delivery
Orders arrive in a term from between 7 and 10 working days, depending on the destiny countries.
Refunds and exchanges
If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, you can return the unwanted product within the following 7 working days of the delivery date marked on the order. (According to art. 44 of the Spanish Law No. 7/1996, 15th January relating to the retail trade and modified by Law No. 47/2002 on 19th December). Simply send back the product in perfect condition. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect condition due to inappropriate packaging, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.
