New spotify playlist of rock for kids and adults!

We made a summer playlist to listen with an ice cream in one hand and the float in the other. Surf, beaches, sharks, sun and a lot of rock ‘n roll for this hot and fun season. Enjoy it!

Jorge Monlongo is one of the best cartoonists in Spain. He has been nominated for an Eisner and “Autor Revelación” at the Barcelona Comic Con 2016. He combines personal projects like “No me pegues que llevo gafas” with comics for kids like Mr. Peabody & Sherman, Hello Kitty, Cow and Chicken and Mameshibas. He also illustrates children’s books and paints little girls with swords, so we had a lot to talk about.

Our collection of rock for kids wouldn’t be complete without this record from 2006 published by Go-Kart Records. In Brats on the beat: Ramones for kids the Ramones classics have been “kidified” by the Gabba Gabba Hey Singers. Each song features kids singing all the choruses and background parts.

Scooby-Doo and Kiss may seem a weird combination, but when you watch Rock and Roll Mystery you can see that makes perfect sense.

The movie starts with Scooby, Shaggy and the gang traveling to the KISS WORLD amusement park to see the band at their big Halloween concert. But the Mystery Inc. gang has to team up with KISS to fight the Crimson Witch, who has returned to summon The Destroyer from the alternate dimension of Kissteria to destroy the earth.

Johnny Ryan is well known for his comics for adults, although he also makes stuff for Nickelodeon Magazine, a part of his work that can be enjoyed by kids too. This comics has been published in Spain in the book “Johnny Ryan para niños”.

He is now one of the creators of “Pig, Goat, Banana, Cricket”, one of the craziest animated tv series, so we asked him a few questions about this and other relevant stuff.
